Can I pay on delivery?

Yes. Cash on delivery works across Pakistan for orders up to Rs 25,000. We send a code to your phone to confirm the order.

How long does delivery take?

2 to 7 working days depending on your city. Express delivery is one day faster.

What if the size is wrong?

Ask for an exchange within 7 days of delivery from the Track order page. Shoes must be unworn and in the original box. See the return and exchange policy.

How do I find my size?

Open the Size chart on any product and type your foot length in centimetres. Our guide How to find your shoe size at home shows how to measure.

Is there a discount for buying more pairs?

Yes. The more pairs in one order, the bigger the discount on your whole bill. The steps are shown on every product page and in your cart.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Cash on delivery, debit or credit card, JazzCash and bank transfer.
